EverGantt Pro is now free for nonprofits
Published June 6, 2026 · Updated September 23, 2026
EverGantt Pro is now free for registered nonprofits, the full Pro plan, not a limited “nonprofit tier.” And the offer now covers Team and Business too, so your staff and volunteers can share one live plan at no cost. Cloud save, real-time collaboration, the full planning suite. If you’re a registered nonprofit, charity, or NGO, it’s yours.
Here’s why, and how nonprofits actually use it.
Why
Because you’re doing good work in the world, and we want to help you do more of it. The organizations running food programs, clinics, conservation projects, and community campaigns are coordinating real, complicated work, and that work shouldn’t have to route around a tool that charges by the head. So for nonprofits, it’s free.
The work outlives the people doing it
Nonprofits run on volunteers and part-time staff, which means people rotate through. The person who knew exactly how last year’s gala came together moves on, and if the plan lived in their inbox and their head, it leaves with them.
That’s the real case for a single source of truth here. Put the program on a timeline so the sequence and deadlines are plain: grant milestones, the event date everything points at, who owns each piece. (Running a grant-funded program? The nonprofit grant project template starts you with the report dates and program cycles already linked. Planning a gala or community event? Start from the event planning template.) Then run the week on a shared board, so the next volunteer onboards by opening it instead of scheduling a handoff call. Keep it in an account the organization controls, not a volunteer’s personal one.

When the plan is one shared, live thing instead of a status deck someone rebuilds every week, turnover stops being a crisis. The work outlives whoever happened to be holding it, which is the whole point of working in real time.
What it’s for (and what it isn’t)
Worth being honest about scope. EverGantt is for the work: programs, events, deliverables, who’s doing what by when. It is not a donor CRM, a fundraising platform, or accounting software. If you rely on those, keep them. EverGantt is the place your team’s projects live, not your donor list.
How to get it
Email us from your organization’s domain, or send your registration or charity number, and we’ll set you up, usually the same day: Team or Business for the organization (tell us how many people), or Pro for one person. Everything’s on the students & nonprofits page.
If your work makes the world a little better, the tool for planning it is on us.
