Pro is a single-user plan. To work with others you create an organization on Team or Business — individual Pro subscriptions can’t be combined into a team.

Pricing questions
- Is there really a free plan?
- Yes. You can build, edit, and export Gantt charts (PNG, PDF, SVG, CSV) in your browser with no account and no payment, forever. Saving to the cloud and opening saved files start at Pro; inviting your team is on Team and Business. New accounts also get a 7-day Pro trial, no card required.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every new account gets 7 days of Pro, with no card required. When it ends, your projects stay saved and you can keep building and exporting for free, or upgrade to keep saving.
- How does Team and Business pricing work?
- Team is $15/month (or $150/year) for up to 5 users. Business is $59/month (or $590/year) for up to 20 users. Pro is $3.99/user/month per individual.
- Can I upgrade my plan or add more users?
- Yes. You can change your plan anytime from the billing portal inside the app. If you need custom limits or features, reach out to us.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Subscriptions are processed by our reseller, Paddle, and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal. See our refund policy for details.
- Is EverGantt free for students or nonprofits?
- Yes. Currently-enrolled students and registered nonprofits get Pro, Team, or Business at no cost: Pro for one person, Team or Business for a group. Email us from your school or organization (for a group, say how many people) and we will set you up. See the students & nonprofits page for details.
