- Is there really a free plan?
- Yes. After a free sign-up you can build, edit, and export Gantt charts (PNG, PDF, SVG, CSV) in your browser, forever — no payment. Saving to the cloud, opening saved files, and inviting your team are the paid features.
- How does Team and Business pricing work?
- Team is $29/month (or $290/year) for up to 10 users. Business is $59/month (or $590/year) for up to 20 users. Pro is $3.99/user/month per individual.
- Can I upgrade my plan or add more users?
- Yes. You can change your plan anytime from the billing portal inside the app. If you need custom limits or features, reach out to us.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Subscriptions are processed by our reseller, Paddle, and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal. See our refund policy for details.
- Is EverGantt free for students or nonprofits?
- Yes — currently-enrolled students and registered nonprofits get full Pro free. Email us from your school or organization and we will set you up. See the students & nonprofits page for details.
